Perhaps an exquisite vegetarian meal? Well, then, why not think Saigon Bay Vietnamese Restaurant in Darlinghurst? Or is tonight time for multiple dishes, contrasting flavours, varied textures and exotic ingredients? Once again, it's a good time to think Saigon Bay Vietnamese Restaurant in Darlinghurst.
Saigon Bay Vietnamese Restaurant had located at 249 Oxford Street Darlinghurst since 1993. Darlinghurst is known as the heart of Sydney gay scene and the home of the Mardi Gras, this area is best known for its clubs, pubs & restaurants, one of the best place for most people hang out with friends after work.
Saigon Bay offers authentic Vietnamese Cuisine in the warm friendly atmosphere, the restaurant had operated for more than 15 years and serves foods to a lot of happy returning customers. Vietnamese food has long been appreciated in France, the former colonial power; U.S. residents are only beginning to discover its many fine features.
Our Vietnamese chefs like to refer to our cooking as "the nouvelle cuisine of Asia." And indeed, with the heavy reliance on rice, wheat and legumes, abundance of fresh herbs and vegetables, minimal use of oil, and treatment of meat as a condiment rather than a main course, Vietnamese food has to be among the healthiest on the planet.
Saigon is the biggest popular well-known city in Vietnam since French colony of Cochin-china. Nowadays Saigon is known as Ho Chi Minh city, the largest and busiest city in Vietnam and is located near the Mekong Delta.   Collapse
