Bondi Beach Community Night Market

Address: Roscoe Street Bondi Beach NSW 2026

Tags: markets, jewellery, clothing

The market is located in a truly fantastic position overlooking Sydney’s famous and funky Bondi Beach: in Roscoe Street Mall on Campbell Parade.

The market has been operating since February 1994, when permission was first given by Waverley Council. Which makes us one of the longest running night markets in Australia.

Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday 3pm till late. Saturdays and Sundays 12pm till late. During the winter months, due to the weather, weekends are more popular. On a pumping hot summer night the market is always vibrant and full.

Fabulous things that you can discover include: jewellery, sunglasses, paintings of Bondi Beach, sea shells, clothing, plants, hats and shoes. Or you can enjoy a relaxing massage.

We are a non-profit community based organization. The majority of the market's income is paid to Waverley Council . Any money left over after any other expenses goes to local charities.

We are a democratically run committee of stallholders which employs a manager. All other work done for the market committee is voluntary.

Bondi Beach Community Night Market was established by traders with a view to create a market which can provide a sustainable income. No other market that we know of allows stall holders to trade as many days per year.
