Welcome to Glenworth Valley, Australia's largest and most successful horse riding and outdoor adventure centre.

For almost 40 years Glenworth Valley has become famous for the quality of its horses, its professional standards, the breathtaking natural environment that we operate in and most importantly, providing a fun and enjoyable experience.

Glenworth Valley is situated in a deep valley in the hinterland region behind the Central Coast, a leisurely one hour drive from Sydney CBD and Newcastle CBD. We have 3000 acres of unspoilt wilderness that we ride through with 50 kms of private trails to explore. In most cases we follow the creek as it meanders its way through the valley either up the valley towards the natural rock pools or down the valley to coolness of the ancient rainforest trails.

Glenworth Valley has over 200 quality horses to choose from, allowing us to cater for the exact needs of all riders. Our friendly staff will select a horse to suit your riding ability, from gentle horses for beginners to more challenging horses for experienced riders. Individual instruction is given to all riders prior to departure and roving supervisors are on hand to assist riders if required. Visitors to Glenworth Valley have the option of free-range riding or guided riding.

In addition to being Australia's premier horse riding and outdoor adventure centre we also operate one of the Australia's leading kayaking companies via our sister company, Ocean Planet Kayak Tours. Ocean Planet Kayak Tours has been in operation for 12 years and provides a variety of exhilarating trips from our 3000 acre home base at Glenworth Valley, as well as numerous locations on the stunning Central Coast and Sydney Harbour.

Quad biking is a new and exciting way to explore the Australian bush on board your very own four wheeled fun machine, where you control the action. Imagine quad bike riding with your friends through some of the finest unspoilt wilderness, consisting of lush green valleys and rainforest areas located in the hinterland region of the NSW Central Coast. We have a diverse and interesting range of terrain from scenic bushland, rainforest areas and and purpose built quad biking track.

Our abseiling area is set on top of an easily accessible mountain, with stunning views over Popran Creek as it meanders its way through Glenworth Valley and surrounding National Parks. Glenworth Valley has two abseiling sites including a site for beginners/intermediates with some great views and a more advanced site complete with a spectacular rainforest waterfall and sandstone cave to explore for experienced abseilers ready for their next challenge.

Glenworth Valley’s Fishing Park is a recreational fishing facility growing a variety of quality fish in the pristine spring waters of the Central Coast hinterland. Our fishing park is well stocked with masses of good sized Australian native freshwater fish for you to test your skills on. Our fishing park is a fun and relaxing way to enjoy a great day out and is suitable for all ages and ability levels.
