Italians Pasta Specialist Ristorante, located just 10 minutes from Perth's CBD, is open for lunch and dinner 6 days a week and offers a sensational dining experience without a fuss.

The restaurant, situated on the corner of Walter Road and Coode Street, Dianella, offers a range of options for your dining pleasure; in the main dining room, in the alfresco area, and upstairs in the function room which can hold up to 60 people, perfect for any kind of private event.

Italians specialises in fresh home-made pasta, using the finest and freshest local produce - but the menus designed by Chef and owner Luca Galaverna offer more than just pasta: there is a great range of Antipasti, seafood and meat main courses, and some amazing home-made desserts. Items like home-made blue manna crab ravioli or ricotta and pistachio tortellini are made fresh every day as are fresh tagliatelle pasta made with a tasty pork and beef Bolognese sauce, home-made pappardelle pasta with duck confit ragu, cannelloni, lasagna and much, much more.

A good selection of fresh meat from the local butcher includes crispy skin pork belly, veal scaloppini, and eye-beef fillet in a truffle and mushroom sauce.

We also proudly use local seafood such as blue manna crab meat, prawns, barramundi, snapper, emperor, and coral trout prepared the simple Italian way, using fresh herbs from the organic garden and a good Australian extra virgin olive oil, all combined with fresh vegetables and produce.

Vegetarians are welcome, and we also have a choice of gluten free pasta to combine with some of our tasty sauces.

The display fridge holds all the freshly made desserts, such as the classic Italian tiramisu, panna cotta, creme caramel, chocolate mousse, and various tarts.

Chef and owner Luca arrived in Perth seven years ago from Torino, Italy. Growing up surrounded by a family of chefs, he became a chef too. He worked in Italy for several years in his family's restaurant before leaving to gain more experience abroad. He worked in Switzerland before moving on to Dubai where he joined a Five Star company and was engaged as the Italian Chef de Cuisine to the opening of Biella Restaurant Dubai and Biella Restaurant in Abu –Dhabi.

Italians is fully licensed and has a good range of Australian, New Zealand & Italian Wines & Beers. Staff at Italians will be happy to help you select a wine for the evening, or you are welcome to BYO (Strictly Wine Only).
