La Galette de France was established in 2005 by Eric and Nadia Masure at the Subiaco Station Street Markets. This little Patisserie and Crêperie quickly acquired a reputation for excellence and custom grew through word-of-mouth.
It became well known for its high quality, delicious and well-priced products plus a super friendly service.
La Galette de France soon expanded into a larger patisserie in the heart of South Perth, before Ali and Nigel Warne became partners in the business, helping to start the Nedlands store in 2009.
The Mt Claremont markets were started in 2010. A fourth established store in Kalamunda was bought in 2011, expanding the reach of products and service across Perth.
The aim of La Galette de France is to provide a great range of fresh products daily and to be a positive addition to the community, by providing local job opportunities and a ready smile.
