The fish is handpicked by our chefs at the fish market every morning; the tofu skin for inari and other ingredients are cooked at our central kitchen; the salmon roes are marinated to our original recipe; the rice is carefully cooked; and the sushi rolls are beautifully made: we take a pride in the highest quality of food we can possibly provide for the day. Our sushi is popular even among the fussiest Japanese customers. Since our start in 1999, we have become a thriving sushi bar that receives 600 customers every day. Our take-away is also very popular.
