Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth continues Neil Perry’s unique steakhouse concept by combining an impressive dining room, an open kitchen with its signature wood fire grill, a menu with an uncompromising focus on excellent produce and an extensive wine list showcasing 1200 wines from Australia and the World. Our beef is the showcase with stock sourced directly from Australia’s best beef producers and dry aged on our premises. That means we have total control over the quality of the beef.

We believe that the three types of beef we have are representative of the best of their type in Australia. Blackmore’s Wagyu from Victoria, Tasmanian Cape Grim grass fed cattle and New South Wales Rangers Valley grain feed cattle all fit into the strict Rockpool philosophy of humane treatment to the cattle. There are no growth hormones used and no antibiotic feed supplements. This is a rare thing in Australia today, particularly with the standard lot fed cattle. It is why we feel that Rangers Valley is the only grain fed cattle we could fit within our Rockpool philosophy.

The Bar at Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth is situated adjacent to the dining room, accessible through the main entrance. The bar is the perfect location for one of Rockpool’s signature bespoke cocktails, a casual bite to eat, or as a destination pre or post lunch and dinner. Led by creative Mixologist David Nyugen, the Drinks menu draws on classic and forgotten cocktail recipes – encompassing a foundation that has heritage, tradition, and points of inspiration from around the world. Offering an all day dining menu from 12pm until 11pm Sunday-Friday and Dinner Daily 6pm until 11pm (10pm Sunday), the bar draws on many of the great award winning drinks and food items that have become synonymous with the Rockpool Bar & Grill brand throughout Australia.

Offering it’s own unique food menu, including Neil Perry’s famous Wagyu Burger, the bar offers a range of small plates and shared dishes ideal for grazing or dining. Access to the full Bar & Grill Wine List and service team, combined with Neil’s menu, makes this both a destination unto itself and a unique dining experience
