Gena Karpf, the founder of SWEETNESS The Patisserie, indulged her passion for beautiful food by attending a short course studying patisserie at Ecole des Trois Pont in Roanne, Loire River Valley, France in 2005. A year later Gena realized her passion for all things sweet by creating SWEETNESS the Patisserie.
