This Adelaide Hills restaurant's menu is a celebration of fresh produce combined in a way that beautifully balances flavours. Chef Amanda Daniel has developed a true regional menu that serves real food, inspired by rustic country cooking, years of travel and the teachings of American Chef Alice Waters. Dishes are complemented by a boutique range of regional wines and beers and the décor has been created by owner Sophie Zervas who was inspired by a recent trip to Europe. "There is a fine line between the simple and the sophisticated," says Sophie, who has worked hard to achieve a balance of "flavours" in the décor to perfectly complement the food.
