After its birth on 1879, 133 years later, the Town Hall Hotel still stands in its glory, basking under the sun and drenched in the hustle and bustle of the city. The Balcony Bar can be dressed to fit any occasion with no minimum spend and room hiring fee required but do require minimum number of people on certain packages. They allow from a dinner of 10 to a party of 250.
The restaurant part of the hotel serves both dinners and lunch from Tuesdays to Sundays. The menu is filled with gourmet burgers, like the Townie and the, tapas dishes like crumbed lemon pepper squid, and mains. And if youâ€™re lucky enough to get a table on Wednesdays and Thursdays, you can order some of their house specials, like the chicken schnitzel paired with your choice of salad or sauce. Desserts like the burger made of hazelnut and banana chocolate brioche and ice cream are perfect meal enders.
