With the best milk, advanced dairy technology and the right resources they wanted a branded retail business supplying a fresh, premium dairy product. Identifying a gap in the market for funky and fresh ice cream or Italian gelato, the idea to create a contemporary, fun brand with surprisingly different products was developed.
The Italian tradition of â€˜artisan gelatoâ€™ (made on site) is the only way to deliver an exceptional product. We reckon the Italians do it pretty well (make gelato that is!) so while Trampolineâ€™s appearance is modern and unashamedly Australian; weâ€™ve adopted their tradition of making it fresh on site daily. Itâ€™s pretty hard to beat really.
Trampolinesâ€™ gelato and sorbet is made from real ingredients â€“ thatâ€™s why Trampolineâ€™s banana isnâ€™t yellow or Trampolineâ€™s pistachio bright green. Whatâ€™s more, Trampoline uses only all natural ingredients â€“ no strange sounding chemicals or artificial ingredients here!
