This is the place where history melts with modernity to create perfection. Wildfire is built on the foundations of a historic site in Sydney, literally. Its location was originally a terminal in the overseas passenger terminal of Sydney, since 1960. Two years later after the 2000 Olympics, it was renovated to what we know now as Wildfire.

Along with its heritage, Wildfire was also blessed with the breath-taking view of both the world renowned Opera House and the Harbor Bridge. All that could be enjoyed by their diners plus the excellent service and the culinary adventure.

Dining in wildfire will bring you a dining experience to a whole new level, because they believe that fine dining is a journey to escape reality, to transport you to a different culinary dimension using exquisite food, fresh produce, diverse range of winery and the all-out service. It is where Australians show how much they respect the food on the table and where it came from, all inculcated in their Australian and Churrasco dishes.

The seafood is cooked and served fresh, like the oysters and the crustaceans which are only prepared to order, to preserve its freshness. The beef, like the Wagyu and Black Angus, are checked so as to be certified as Australian and dry aged. In the churrasco menu, all the breads are cooked in the house and they only use their ironbark wood oven that uses wood for fuel. Like the mains, etc., desserts can also be paired with wine or even coffee or tea or other alcoholic drinks.

Events are also catered and one can choose from different areas of Wildfire to book or, should you choose to, book the whole place for yourself and your guests.

So try it yourself. Experience the Wildfire!

Situated in Sydney's Overseas Passenger Terminal, Wildfire is part of the rich history of Sydney's old town. Wildfire opened in 2002, just after the terminal's redevelopment for the 2000 Olympics. Built in 1960 to accommodate the surge in the international cruise ship industry, the terminal also houses the work of one of Australia's official World War II artists, 1949 Archibald Prize winning Arthur Murch.

Complimenting its unsurpassable views of the majestic Harbour Bridge and the iconic Opera House, Wildfire presents a fine dining experience of culinary and service excellence.

At Wildfire we believe that fine dining is an adventure. An escape into our culinary world of superior produce, extraordinary cuisine, eclectic wines and acute attention to service detail. Our contemporary Australian menu honours both our produce and those great chefs who’ve gone before, by fusing traditional cooking methods with modern influences and tastes.

Our custom-made grills and ironbark wood fire ovens provide an authenticity to our cuisine that at once comforts and delights.
