If the concrete slab is dry you can lay a 4-6 mil plastic vapor retarder or rubber moisture barrier down on the concrete for a moisture barrier then build up the floor using two layers of 1/2 inch plywood or sleepers and a plywood base and cover that with 15lb black felt paper then nail/staple the solid Hardwood flooring down on top. 【Get Price】
